Cooperation

For the e-training 'Nothing is as it Seems', we work with DataExpert B.V., located at Vendelier 65, 3905PD Veenendaal. They manage the platform where the training takes place. They can be considered processors of your data as referred to in the General Data Protection Regulation.

To participate in this e-training, we ask you to provide your first name, last name, and email address during registration. These details are necessary to give you access to the training, track your progress, and provide you with a certificate upon completion of the e-training.

Why do we collect your data?

The processing of your personal data is based on the legal ground of the performance of a contract, namely enabling your participation in the e-training.

  • A secure connection via 'https' and the padlock icon in your browser.
  • Regular security audits and monitoring of the platform.

In the event of a data breach, affected individuals will be notified in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

Are your data processed outside the EU?

No, your data is processed exclusively within the EU. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU.
